"AI" covers a lot of ground. These days, when AI is used it often means neural nets. A problem with neural nets is that when their results are bad, there is no way to fix them, other than retraining. There is no way to get insight into why they are failing.
On a less technical note: all of the recent crypto crashes and fraud seem to have finally gotten the lethargic SEC to start taking action, however slowly.
My understanding it that to accept money from US citizens a fund has to be registered and the dealers have to be licensed. The only exception is for "qualified investors" who have relatively high net worth and are assumed to know what they are doing. I didn't see anything on your website about qualified investors, so I assume that you are accepting money from who ever signs up. This may turn out to be risky if you are in the US or accept funds from US citizens in the US.
