As I've gotten older I think about audiophiles aging. All that expensive equipment, but as many of us age, our hearing degrades.

I have never been around loud rock concerts or worked with machinery that would damage my hearing. Yet age has reduced by hearing, especially in the high range. My guess is that this is happening to many older audiophiles too.
