When I encounter a Russian in my travels abroad, I wonder about them: are they part of the Russian elite traveling in Europe or Asia. I would not have anything to do with a Putin supporter (or a Trump supporter).

For a long time this shadow will hang over Russians. If they are running capital funds, there is the question about the source of those funds. Are they corrupt oligarchs who supported the war. Is the money bloodstained.
