I will be curious to see if Trump actually pardons the Jan 6 thugs. He's already started to back off on his promise. Trump is a liar who has spent a lifetime breaking his promises. Age and mental infirmity will assure that this is Trump's last term. He has no incentive to pardon the Jan 6 thugs and he will get lots of criticism if he does.
