The Russian state, with or without Putin, should get no mercy. Russia should receive help or aid from the West. After what they have done in Ukraine they should get nothing.

The Russian Federation may shatter post-Putin and post-war. If this happens we can hope that Russia will no longer be a threat to its neighbors and other countries, like Syria.
