Unfortunately Russian propaganda has been an issue on social media since before the 2016 election. I deal with this on Medium by blocking the authors. The posts on Medium tend to include content about the invasion of Ukraine is all the fault of the US and NATO. This kind of thing is difficult to block automatically, since it doesn't include obvious trigger words or terms.
